Forty seven rescued in NE China plane crash - report

BEIJING (Reuters) - Forty seven passengers have been rescued after a plane carrying more than 90 passengers overshot the runway and crashed in the northeast Chinese city of Yichun, the official China News Service said.

The plane, travelling from Harbin, the provincial capital of northeast China's Heilongjiang province, crashed at around 1010 pm on Tuesday.
