Bomb kills three in southern Russia - report

MOSCOW (Reuters) - At least three people were killed when a bomb exploded in the centre of the southern Russian city of Stavropol on Wednesday, RIA news agency reported.

Interfax news agency reported that another eight people had been wounded in the blast.
