BAGHDAD (Reuters) - A parked car bomb killed 10 people and wounded 45 others when it exploded near a popular restaurant in the Shula district of northwest Baghdad, police said Wednesday.
Shula is a mostly poor, Shi'ite area. Security has improved in Iraq since last year, but a rash of bombings in April made it the deadliest month for civilians since November.
