KABUL (Reuters) - A suicide bomber blew himself up inside a government building in the Afghan capital on Wednesday, shortly after a gunbattle near the presidential palace, police and witnesses said.
A police official near the scene said there were some casualties from the blast inside the general department for Afghanistan's prisons in the Khair Khana district.
