Nasdaq 100 index futures up after Apple

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Nasdaq 100 index futures rose late on Tuesday after Apple Inc reported quarterly profit and revenue that surpassed Wall Street expectations.

S&P 500 futures were up 3.6 points, Dow Jones industrial average futures were flat, and Nasdaq 100 futures rose 18.5 points.

APPLE (AAPL.NQ) the consumer electronics giant, said its revenue rose to $46.33 billion. The stock was halted from trading.
