Stock futures flat on day after Christmas

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Stock index futures were flat on Friday, the day after the Christmas holiday, which is traditionally a slow day for the market. Dow Jones industrial average futures rose 7 points while S&P 500 futures added 3.5 points and Nasdaq 100 futures gained 4.75 points.
