GM posts big double-digit March sales increases


    DETROIT (Reuters) - General Motors Co said on Thursday that its U.S. sales jumped sharply in March, with big double-digit percentage increases across its four brands.

    The automaker said Chevrolet sales were up 41 percent in the month, while Buick sales rose 76 percent, GMC truck sales were up 45 percent and Cadillac sales were up 42 percent.
