British Airways estudia fusión con Qantas, sigue contacto Iberia


    British Airways añadió no obstante que no hay garantías de que se materialice finalmente la transacción y que informaría al respecto a su debido momento.

    LONDRES, 2 dic (Reuters) - BRITISH AIRWAYS (BAY.LO)PLC confirmó el martes que estudia una eventual fusión con la aerolínea australiana Qantas Airways Limited en una operación que contemplaría una doble cotización.

    Asimismo, el grupo británico aseguró que las negociaciones de fusión con la española IBERIA (IBLA.MC)siguen adelante.
