Cigna fourth-quarter profit rises

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Health insurer Cigna Corp said on Wednesday that fourth-quarter profit rose, helped by its international operations and disability and life business.

Excluding items, adjusted income from operations was 98 cents per share.
