S&P 500 futures cut gains as ECB speaks


    NEW YORK (Reuters) - Stock index futures pointed to a flat open on Thursday, with S&P futures falling into negative territory as traders reacted to developments from the European Central Bank.

    S&P 500 futures fell 3.3 points. Dow Jones industrial average futures added 7 points and Nasdaq 100 futures put on 4.75 points.
