Wall Street turns positive after data



    NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. stocks turned positive and the Nasdaq cut losses on Wednesday after data showed growth in the vast U.S. services sector slowed modestly.

    The Dow Jones industrial average gained 9.58 points, or 0.09 percent, to 10,818.29. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index gained 1.04 points, or 0.09 percent, to 1,124.99. The Nasdaq Composite Index dropped 4.57 points, or 0.19 percent, to 2,400.25.
