    ABU DHABI (Thomson Financial) - 'No hay necesidad de aumentar' la oferta de la OPEP, afirmó Hossein Kazempour-Ardebili, el gobernador iraní en el cartel petrolero, a su llegada a Abu Dhabi la víspera de la reunión del cártel petrolero.
