FILIPINAS- Militares rebeldes anuncian que se rendirán

    MANILA (Thomson Financial) - El líder de los soldados filipinos rebeldes que este jueves se atrincheraron en un hotel de Manila para pedir la dimisión de la presidenta Gloria Arroyo anunció por televisión que se rendirán en cuanto las fuerzas de seguridad abandonen el establecimiento.
