Japan TEPCO says aims to bring radiation down in three months
The company also said it aims to greatly limit radiation leaks in three to six months, and that it later plans to cover the reactor building.
Asia's largest utility is struggling to restore cooling functions and contain radiation leaks at its Fukushima Daiichi plant in northeast Japan after it was hit by a massive earthquake and tsunami on March 11.
