Wall Street adds losses after home sales data


    NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. stocks added to losses on Tuesday after data showed existing home sales retreated in October.

    The Dow Jones industrial average was down 135.32 points, or 1.21 percent, at 11,043.26. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index was down 16.03 points, or 1.34 percent, at 1,181.81. The Nasdaq Composite Index was down 32.16 points, or 1.27 percent, at 2,499.86.
