Wall Street ends higher on technical support



    NEW YORK (Reuters) - Stocks eked out slight gains on Thursday as Wall St built on momentum gained after the S&P 500 broke through the index's key 200-day moving average earlier in the week.

    * The Dow Jones industrial average gained 24.71 points, or 0.24 percent, to 10,434.17, according to the latest available data. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index gained 1.42 points, or 0.13 percent, to 1,116.03. The Nasdaq Composite Index gained 1.23 points, or 0.05 percent, to 2,307.16.
