Nasdaq turns up while S&P and Dow trim losses



    NEW YORK (Reuters) - The Nasdaq turned higher and traded near flat in late-morning trading on Wednesday, while the Dow and S&P 500 trimmed losses.

    Priceline.com Inc was the top gainer on the Nasdaq after Goldman Sachs upgraded the stock to "buy."

    The Dow Jones industrial average was down 16.63 points, or 0.16 percent, at 10,388.14. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index was down 0.90 points, or 0.08 percent, at 1,114.33. The Nasdaq Composite Index was up 2.51 points, or 0.11 percent, at 2,308.39.
