Zimbabwe's Tsvangirai to sign talks framework deal


    HARARE (Reuters) - Zimbabwe opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai will personally sign a deal setting out a framework for formal talks to end the country's political crisis, his Movement for Democratic Change said on Monday.

    "I can confirm that the (MDC) president (Tsvangirai) isgoing to sign that agreement in person. But before that signingceremony he is going to chair a meeting of the Party StandingCommittee, the party leadership," said a senior MDC officialwho declined to be named.
