FCC collecting peering agreements from Netflix and Verizon, Comcast


    WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Federal Communications Commission is collecting information on the terms of Internet traffic exchange agreements between Netflix and Verizon and Comcast and others, to begin to review such agreements, FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler said on Friday.

    "Consumers must get what they pay for. As a consumers' representative, we need to know what?s going on," Wheeler said.
