Spain PM urges greater political, fiscal unity in Europe


    MADRID (Reuters) - Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy called for greater political and fiscal union in the euro zone at a political speech on Saturday.

    Spain's business, banks and regional governments are finding it hard to finance themselves at current high borrowing costs, though the country needed to continue to reduce its fiscal deficit, he said.
