Dutch PM - No need for elections after losing majority

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte said on Tuesday there was no need for fresh elections after his ruling coalition lost its majority in parliament.

A member of the far-right Freedom Party, a Dutch government ally, earlier on Tuesday said he would quit the coalition, depriving the Liberals-Christian Democratic government of its majority in parliament.
