ECB declines comment on elevated emergency borrowing


    FRANKFURT (Reuters) - The European Central Bank declined to comment on Friday on the exceptionally elevated use of its emergency overnight lending facility.

    The borrowing from the ECB was the highest since June 2009.

    "We don't have a comment on that," an ECB spokesman said.
