Somali pirates seen to release Saudi tanker



    MOGADISHU (Reuters) - Somali pirates on Friday released a Saudi supertanker held since November after payment of a $3 million (1 million pounds) ransom, an associate of the pirates said.

    "Pirates holding the Saudi ship took $3 million yesterday evening and then released the ship this morning," Farah Osman, told Reuters from Haradheere port.
