Car bombs hit east Syrian city, at least 20 killed - state TV


    BEIRUT (Reuters) - At least 20 people were killed on Monday in one of two car bomb blasts in the eastern Syrian city of Hasaka, state television reported.

    One of the explosions occurred in the north of the city, and the other in its centre, a Britain-based monitor reported.
