At least 14 killed in suicide attack in northern Cameroon

DOUALA, Cameroon (Reuters) - At least 14 people were killed by a suicide bomber in the northern Cameroonian town of Maroua on Saturday, a local official said, just three days after twin attacks there by suspected members of Nigerian Islamist group Boko Haram.

"It was a female suicide bomber," said the local official, who was at the scene of the bombing in the Pont Vert district. "So far, we have already identified 14 dead, including the woman herself."
