Huge blast heard in Afghan capital, large plume of smoke rises above city


    KABUL (Reuters) - A huge blast rattled windows in Afghanistan?s capital early on Tuesday, Reuters witnesses said, sending a plume of white smoke rising above Kabul.

    The cause of the explosion was not immediately known and no information on casualties was immediately available.
