Toll of suicide Afghan blast rises to 35



    KANDAHAR, Afghanistan (Reuters) - The toll of civilians killed in a suicide attack on Monday in the southern Afghan town of Spin Boldak has jumped up to 35, a provincial governor said.

    "Thirty-five people have been killed and 27 wounded,"Kandahar's governor Assadullah Kahlid told a news conference.
