Beatriz weakens into Tropical Storm off Mexico coast
MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Hurricane Beatriz weakened into a tropical storm on Tuesday near Mexico's Pacific coast and the U.S. National Hurricane Center said all storm warnings for the area were discontinued.
