Egypt passenger trains collide, fatalities reported

CAIRO (Reuters) - Two Egyptian passenger trains collided Saturday south of Cairo, and ambulance sources said there had been fatalities.

They said rescue workers had pulled at least one body from the wreckage and believed more bodies were likely inside the train. At least 22 people were injured, they said.

One medical source said people appeared to be trapped under an overturned train.
