OHL- Villar Mir presenta la opa por resto del capital a 15,62 eur/acción


    La oferta se realiza a través del vehículo Cartera Villar Mir SL.

    MADRID (AFX-España) - El presidente y accionista de referencia de Obrascón Huarte Lain SA ha registrado oficialmente la opa por el capital que no controla en la constructora a 15,62 euros por acción, materializando así el compromiso anunciado el pasado 19 de octubre.

    Villar Mir tiene actualmente un 50,72% de la constructora.

    La CNMV suspendió la negociación de acciones de OHL antes de este anuncio, aunque se levantará mañana a las 08.30 antes de la apertura del mercado madrileño.
