Stocks drop 3 percent on jobs and energy
* Top drags include energy shares, with oil prices sliding sharply lower on concerns the recession will curb energy demand.
* U.S. front-front crude was off $1.75 to $41.92 a barrel.
* Boeing is among the top drags on the Dow on concerns it will delay airplane deliveries. Exxon Mobil shares fell 3 percent to $73.69 while Chevron shed 3.5 percent to $69.25.
