Eli Lilly comprará ICOS por 2.100 mln usd en efectivo


    Desde 1998, Lilly y ICOS han sido socios en Lilly ICOS LLC, una sociedad conjunta que fabrica, comercializa y vende Cialis, fármaco para el tratamiento de la disfunción erectil.

    INDIANAPOLIS (AFX-España) - Eli Lilly and Co ha comunicado un acuerdo para comprar ICOS Corp por 32 dólares por acción, lo que supone 2.100 millones de dólares en efectivo.
