Corus confirma oferta de Tata Steel por 4,55 stg/acción


    El diario Economic Times publicó hoy sin citar fuentes que Tata Steel mantiene conversaciones con Corus, por la que podría lanzar una oferta de 9.000 millones de dólares.

    MADRID (AFX-España) - Corus Group PLC confirmó que ha recibido una oferta de compra de la india Tata Steel de 4,55 libras por acción en efectivo y que se están manteniendo conversaciones entre las dos compañías.
