Banca Intesa- Consejo aprueba por unanimidad fusión con Sanpaolo -Fuentes


    En cuanto a Sanpaolo, su consejo de administración también está reunido hoy para votar la operación.

    MILÁN (AFX-España) - El consejo de Banca Intesa ha aprobado por unanimidad el proyecto de fusión con Sanpaolo IMI SpA, según fuentes cercanas a dicho consejo.
