Proskauer Rose Moves into Expanded Paris Office Space

Proskauer Rose LLP, an international law firm with more than 700
lawyers in the United States and Europe, announced that it has moved
its Paris office to a new 36,000-square-foot space at 374 rue
Saint-Honore. The new office comprises the top three floors of the
brand-new Vendome St. Honore development, located near the Place
    Vendome in central Paris.

Proskauer's Paris office, which opened in 1991, is comprised of 28
attorneys and 52 total staff including a substantial group of partners
and associates who joined the firm last year from the prestigious
    French firm Rambaud Martel.

"This new move will accommodate and fuel the continued growth of
our Paris office and the firm as well as our roster of clients doing
business in Europe and across the globe," said Jean-Luc Cuadrado, head
of Proskauer's Paris office. "We look forward to continuing to expand
our corporate, labor and employment and litigation practices in this
new space and to providing the same level of distinguished service to
    our clients."

The capabilities of the attorneys in Proskauer's Paris office
range across securities, tax, antitrust, labor, intellectual property,
distribution, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. The 20
attorneys who recently joined the office from Rambaud Martel enhance
Proskauer's capabilities in important areas that include mergers and
acquisitions, white collar criminal defense, competition law, product
liability, insurance, and public sector law.

The attorneys in Proskauer's Paris office work closely with the
rest of the firm to provide a wide range of advice to multinational
groups with business activities in France, Europe and North America as
well as some of the largest French companies in the financial, oil,
chemical, pharmaceutical, construction, telecom, consumer product, and
leisure sectors. These matters include advising: major companies in
France regarding their North American businesses; U.S.-based companies
regarding transactions in France and the European Union; and French
companies regarding their legal needs in France and their cross-border
    transactions.

The expansion of Proskauer's Paris office follows the recent
expansion of the firm's U.S. offices, which includes the relocation
and expansion of its Washington, D.C. office through the addition of
key laterals practicing in patent litigation and securities
regulation; the expansion of the firm's entertainment and labor and
employment practices in Los Angeles; the expansion of its New York
private equity and labor and employment practices; and the expansion
of its Boston private equity and finance practices.
