    Why:     The organizations have developed Industrial Internet reference architectures which are complimentary to each other. They have met and recognized that collaboration between the two organizations will foster the development of new technologies and new business opportunities and illuminate the path toward interoperability of industrial Internet systems and the rapid adoption of the Industrial Internet of Things.
