Unicaja compra 1% de Sacyr Vallehermoso por 83,1 mln eur

Esta caja de ahorros, junto con Caixanova, Caja de Ávila y Caja Murcia poseían hasta ahora, en conjunto, un 7,999% de SyV a través del vehículo de inversión Participaciones Agrupadas SRL.

MADRID (AFX-España) - Unicaja ha informado a la CNMV de la compra de un 1% del capital social de Sacyr Vallehermoso SA por 83.113.799,60 euros, según un comunicado.
