Anadarko vende AAC a Canadian Natural Resources por 4.240 mln usd


    AAC tiene reservas equivalentes a cerca de 262 millones de barriles de petróleo y produjo el año pasado el equivalente a 9,6 millones de m3 de petróleo, precisó el grupo.

    HOUSTON, EEUU (AFX-España) - El grupo petrolero estadounidense Anadarko anunció hoy la venta de su filial canadiense de petróleo y de gas Anadarko Canada Corporation (ACC) al grupo Canadian Natural Resources por 4.240 millones de dólares.
