Ruling party candidate ahead in Argentine primary, partial count
BUENOS AIRES (Reuters) - Ruling party candidate Daniel Scioli was ahead in Argentina's presidential primary on Sunday with 36.57 percent of the vote, early official results showed, with the opposition coalition led by Mauricio Macri running second with 30.12 percent.
