SFL acquires two new buildings



    SFL (Paris:FLY):

    Le Vaisseau :

    Societe Fonciere Lyonnaise - SFL (Paris:FLY): - signed on Tuesday
    July 25, the authentic bill of sale concerning the acquisition of the
    "Le Vaisseau" building, located on the western part of Ile Saint
    Germain in Issy les Moulineaux.

    The building is totally rented to a large local company for its
    Ile de France headquarters, under a lease of a firm term of 9 years.
    This investment on the order of 30 million euros will generate a rent
    of 1.8 MEUR after graduated taxation.

    Il was designed by architect Jean Nouvel, has approximately 6000
    m(2) of offices and 126 parking spots.

    In this transaction, the law firm Lefevre Pelletier & Associes and
    the firm Oudot participated as advisors to the buyer. Atipic GTF and
    the firm Guilbaud were the advisors to the seller.

    103 rue de Grenelle:

    SFL also executed on Monday July 24, 2006, the document concerning
    the transfer of shares of SCI Louis Philippe Neuilly which owns the
    building at 103 rue de Grenelle in Paris VII, the building used to
    contain the historic headquarters of the Post, Telegraph and
    Telecommunications office. This SCI was owned by CGW. The building has
    a building permit for its transformation into latest generation
    offices.

    After heavy restructuring that should be completed in 2008, this
    real estate complex will have approximately 17,000 m2 of rental
    offices in the heart of the administrative quarter on the Left Bank of
    the Seine in Paris.

    This investment on the order of 125 million euro is the outcome of
    the synallagmatic sale promise signed on Thursday October 20, 2005

    In this transaction, Cities Consultants, Baker & Mc Kenzie, BDO
    marque et gendrot and the firm Oudot participated as advisors to the
    buyer. Freshfields, Gide and the firm Wargny Katz were advisors to the
    seller.

    Profile: SFL, with exceptional assets of almost 3 billion euro,
    not including rights, focused on the Central Business Quarter in
    Paris, constitutes the preferred vehicle to access the real estate
    market for offices and stores in the capital.

    The group, a leader in this market, is firmly positioned today
    towards the dynamic management of high quality real estate assets. SFL
