Adamind and CBOSS Win New MMS Services Contract In Azerbaijan; Adamind Will Provide Its Media Adaptation Platform to One More GSM Network Operator, Bringing Total Number of Deployments With CBOSS in Eastern Europe To Three

Adamind Ltd. (LSE:ADA) (Adamind or the "Company"), a
global supplier of software that enables mobile multimedia content and
converged communications services to be experienced over any device or
network, announces that it has been chosen by CBOSS to provide its
MediaSpire(TM) media adaptation platform to serve another GSM network
operator in Azerbaijan as part of the CBOSS mobile infrastructure
solution. This brings the total number of Adamind deployments in
partnership with CBOSS in Eastern Europe to three.
CBOSS, the largest software developer and a leader of Russian IT
for telecom, will integrate Adamind's media adaptation platform as a
central component within the operator's Multimedia Messaging Centre
(CBOSSmmsc) to extend the operator's MMS content adaptation
capabilities. This will enable the operator to seamlessly launch rich
multimedia services such as sending and receiving music clips,
ringtones, video clips, images, picture messaging, presentations and
e-mail while ensuring a high quality end user experience over any
    device.
"Our continued collaboration with Adamind in deploying an
integrated solution allows us to offer a truly streamlined and
scalable messaging platform to our client in Azerbaijan," says Mr
Kirill Agevnin, Vice President of Sales at CBOSS. "It further
demonstrates our commitment to provide sophisticated media adaptation
and content enhancement technology to our clients."
Shailendra Jain, CEO of Adamind said, "This deployment, serving an
increasing number of mobile users in Azerbaijan, will transform the
end-user's experience of rich media. Our partnership with CBOSS gives
us a strong position within Eastern Europe and we are delighted to be
chosen, once again, to provide media adaptation and enhancement
solutions for the mobile multimedia services market in Azerbaijan."
Adamind addresses the interoperability challenge that exists
between different mobile devices to receive and process media rich
content. To achieve the best possible experience, content needs to be
transcoded - adapted and released in device specific versions that
comply with the requirements of each cell phone model according to its
    capabilities and the network attributes.
