Reports of blast at petrochemical facility in Kuwait


    KUWAIT (Reuters) - An explosion has hit a petrochemical facility at Kuwait's Mina Abdullah port, state news agency KUNA said on Thursday.

    The explosion occurred in the port area but KUNA did notmake clear whether the incident affected Kuwait'ssecond-largest oil refinery, which is located nearby.
