announced the acquisition of Alliancesmith®, a
software platform for relationship management from Vantage Partners.
Vantage Partners is a leading provider of processes, tools
skill-building and solutions necessary to build world-class negotiation
and relationship management capabilities.
Vertical*i´s Application Suite for business
development, licensing and alliance management is widely used by
companies to scout, compare and evaluate promising in-licensing and M&A
opportunities and manage the resulting alliances.
Alliancesmith® is used by partnering
organizations to support a systematic and repeatable approach to
managing partner relationships.
The acquisition of Alliancesmith® will create
a best-of-breed alliance and relationship management portfolio spanning
the entire alliance management spectrum, with tools and workspaces to
facilitate alliance administration, managing financial and non financial
commitments, tracking issues, monitoring alliance performance, sampling
the health of the relationship and more.
