Cyclon Makes First Acquisition for its Entertainment Division
Cyclon Capital Corporation (OTCBB:CYLO) announces the purchase of 51% of
Der Greif Verwaltungs GmbH and 51% of Der Greif GmbH & Co. KG. Based on
the purchase price paid by Cyclon Capital for a majority of the stock of
both companies, the total market capitalisation of these acquired
companies amounts to more than 20 Million USD. These Griffin Companies
are based in Dusseldorf, Germany. The Griffin is established as a new
style media concept which combines two well known media: live show
(theatre or musical) and cinema; the Griffin refers to this as a
CINESHOW.
The Griffin is the first cineshow worldwide. Based on the bestseller
from Wolfgang Hohlbein (35 Million Fantasy books sold), this cineshow
has been in the making for over 10 years. The result is a new cineshow
with Hollywood movie 3D technology and a specially created cineshow
soundtrack. As part of this acquisition, Cyclon and the Griffin now own
the full rights and worldwide licenses for the story and the show.

18 cineshows worldwide in their own Thyrodroms, as well as use this
entertainment form as the centerpiece of our new online community."
