Brean Murray, Carret & Co. to Hold All-Cap All-China Conference May 19th& 20th at New York CityWaldorf-Astoria

Brean Murray, Carret & Co. is proud to host the 2008 All-Cap All-China

Conference on May 19th and 20th at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City. This event will be one of the

largest conferences ever held for publicly traded U.S. listed Chinese

companies. China has had the fastest growing economy in the world over

the last decade, posting over 10% growth per annum, and it is expected

to continue at this pace over the next decade. Investors from all over

the world are investing in publicly traded Chinese companies as a way to

    participate in this wealth creation.
This premier event continues Brean Murray, Carret & Co.´s

commitment to its clients, both companies and investors, by providing

the newest and potentially most lucrative investment ideas among Chinese

companies. Unlike the largest Wall Street firms that only focus on the

biggest companies in the China market, the investment opportunities

presented at the conference are often not well known to Wall Street.

Brean Murray, Carret & Co. believes the presenting companies, many small

caps among them, often provide the greatest value. There are over 70

presenting companies from various industry groups including healthcare

industrial, agriculture, consumer products, technology and energy.
Brean Murray, Carret & Co. has established a significant presence in

China with offices in Beijing and Shanghai, providing a full complement

of investment banking services, including capital raising, financial

advisory, sales and trading and equity research on numerous China-based

companies listed on U.S. markets. Brean Murray, Carret & Co.´s

reputation has grown significantly as one of the leading investment

banking firms serving the China market, and continues to build upon its

existing client relationships and establish new ones with both Chinese

companies and investors who are interested in investing in these

    emerging growth businesses.
In addition, we are pleased that the Honorable Joseph R. Biden, Jr.

Chairman of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee, will be the

featured lunch speaker on Monday, May 19th. He

will be discussing China and the 21st century

and his thoughts on current and future Sino-U.S. relations. Senator

Biden is currently serving his sixth term as a Delaware Senator. He is

recognized as one of the nation´s most

powerful and influential voices on foreign relations, terrorism, drug

policy, and crime prevention. As Chairman of the Senate Foreign

Relations Committee, Senator Biden has played a pivotal role in shaping

U.S. foreign policy for over three decades.
The luncheon on Tuesday, May 20th will be a

    panel discussion entitled "Legal Challenges

Facing Chinese Public Companies." The panel

will feature several lawyers who specialize in seeing Chinese companies

through the process of going public and subsequently trading in the U.S.
