OJSC Rosinter Restaurants Holding enters Poland with its Planet Sushi brand



    Rosinter Restaurants Holding OJSC (Rosinter) (RTS:ROST) announced
    that it is initiating its operations in Poland by opening in Wroclaw
    its first restaurant under its proprietary brand Planet Sushi.

    The restaurant is located in one of the oldest and most beautiful
    market squares in Poland, in the city of Wroclaw. It has 216 square
    metres total floor area and seating capacity for 80 guests. In the
    near future Rosinter plans to develop also in Poland American cuisine
    under the international trade mark T.G.I. Friday´s for which it has
    the development right in 19 countries.

    Wroclaw is one of the largest cities in Poland which attracts
    investments of world´s major businesses. It has a population of
    635,000 people, according to www.wroclaw.pl. Eating-out expenditure in
    Poland is approximately 5% of monthly income (according to
    gastronomical report prepared by BROG Media Biznesu) and average
    income per month in Poland in 2007 was approximately US$ 1,000

    according to the Main Statistical Office (Poland).

    Planet Sushi brand features a menu of sushi, sashimi and
    traditional Japanese dishes. Occasionally, some menu items from other
    eastern cuisines are also added on a limited basis. At Planet Sushi

    brown and beige colors, minimalist decor, exposed limestone and soft
    lighting contribute to a soothing, comfortable atmosphere. Service at
    Planet Sushi restaurants is generally provided by female, kimono-clad
    waitresses, trained to be reserved and respectful. In 2006, the
