SeaMobile Europe Announces Latest Enhancement to Media ClipWay Software Allowing Professional and Amateur Journalists to Send High Quality Live Video Reports for a Fraction of the Cost

SeaMobile Europe, a division of SeaMobile Enterprises and leading
provider of satellite-based broadband communications and networking
services, announced today a significant product update to its popular
Media ClipWay software that allows journalists to cost-effectively
file video reports from field locations throughout the world using
satellite services and BGAN modem devices. With this enhancement

users now need only a camera and computer connected with Media ClipWay
software and two modems to uplink video at 512 kbps guaranteed
    transmission speeds.

"The latest release of the Media ClipWay software allows us to
seamlessly combine the bandwidth available from two Inmarsat BGAN
modems for improved transmission quality," said Juliette Warter

Marketing Director for SeaMobile Europe. "Now, Media ClipWay users can
capture, compress and send live video from anyplace to anywhere in the
world. The video transmits at broadcast quality and at close to 90
percent less cost than using traditional satellite trucks while giving
reporters increased flexibility to get even closer to the story."

Today, Media ClipWay is the market´s easiest to use software
solution with an intuitive user interface that does not require any
additional software or technical expertise to use. Users either
"live-stream" or capture video, select compression and choose transmit
to send via their computer. The software supports any communication
link including satellite, ISDN, xDSL or 3G mobility and transmits 25
or 30 frames per second of video. Currently France 24, BFM TV, Tele
Africa, Canal +, TSR, Skai TV, RTS (and numerous independent
journalists) are among industry leaders who are utilizing Media
    ClipWay in their news reporting.

"Since the launch of France 24 I´ve been using Media ClipWay. I
use it almost daily when I´m in the field and I have been able to send
breaking news back from Chad, Iraq and Chechnya without encountering
any problems," said Franck Berruyer, a reporter for France 24. "I work
alone with only a computer, a camera and a BGAN antenna. It has the
lightness and adaptability of a radio reporter´s equipment, but is
made for TV reporters. I am looking forward to being in hot spots, so
I can experience the full range of the system´s capability while doing
live shoots in the middle of nowhere. The system´s only constraint is
finding power to recharge after the battery is depleted. There is no
more a need to book an SNG vehicle or find a place to transmit now
that I have absolute freedom with Media ClipWay and BGAN."

"In the world of 24 hour a day news reporting, there has never
been more pressure to get stories quickly and at the source of the
news," continued Warter. "Media ClipWay can enhance the ability to
make this happen. Additionally, more and more independent journalists
are involved in supplying the insatiable demand for news content and
we see Media ClipWay software becoming increasingly relevant to these
    types of applications."

Media ClipWay software utilizes the Inmarsat BGAN modem that is
light and robust, and has a very small antenna that weighs only up to
2.2 kg. The software innovatively combines the bandwidth of two modems
to transmit at 512 kbps using the modems streaming IP channel. In
addition to a professional media software suite, Media ClipWay now
offers a version of the software for non-media users to serve field
engineers, mobile workers, aid workers, insurance adjusters

    maintenance workers and even sportsmen.
