Conversus Capital to Hold Teleconference to Provide Current Market and Investment Strategy Update



    Conversus Capital, L.P. (Euronext Amsterdam: CCAP), a permanent
    capital vehicle providing its unitholders long-term capital
    appreciation through a high-quality, seasoned portfolio of private
    equity interests, will hold a teleconference to be broadcast live on
    the Internet on Thursday, March 27, 2008, at 5:30 pm CET (Amsterdam) /
    4:30 pm GMT (Guernsey/London) / 12:30 pm EDT (New York City).

    During the teleconference, Conversus´ management will provide
    investors with their view on the current market, the impact to
    Conversus and how they are aligning their investment strategy to take
    advantage of market opportunities.

    A webcast (listen only) of the teleconference can be accessed via
    the Investor Relations section of Conversus´ website at
    www.conversus.com, where it will also be archived for two weeks.

    The Company also expects to hold a conference call on May 8, 2008
    to discuss its Financial Results for the fiscal year ended December
    31, 2007 and the quarter ended March 31, 2008. Details of the May 8
    conference call will be provided approximately two weeks prior to the
    call.
