EVault Appoints Aad Dekkers as EMEA Director of Marketing

EVault Inc., A Seagate Company (NASDAQ:STX), today announced the appointment of Aad Dekkers as its director of marketing for Europe. As part of the company´s continued growth strategy, Dekkers will be responsible for driving the marketing efforts throughout Europe building on EVault´s role as a global leader in the backup and recovery space.

Dekkers will focus on boosting the promotion of the EVault® brand across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and developing and executing integrated marketing programs in support of EVault revenue goals. His responsibilities will also include recruiting new partners, and working with key partners on planning, strategy and co-marketing activities.

Dekkers brings to this new role extensive expertise in the information technology industry and over 20 years´ experience as a marketer. Prior to joining EVault, Dekkers served as Chief Marketing Officer at MTI Europe, where he was responsible for marketing, business development, strategy, and acquisitions in Europe. Previously, he held director and manager roles at NetApp, Sun Microsystems and Tulip Computers.
