VION Opens Madrid Office

VION Receivable Investments (VION) is pleased to announce the opening of its Madrid office and establishment of VION Europa. VION Europa will pursue acquisitions of performing and non-performing accounts receivable throughout the European Union. Mr. Patrick Napoli"”formerly the Chief Operating Officer of MBNA Spain"”has been appointed Principal of VION Europa and will be responsible for all operations.
